Wow. I was blown away by this place. First of all, they do have a kids menu and the portions are HUGE!!! You can split those up, easily. The bread they give you at the beginning is very tasty. The food is so tasty. It may not look like much but the flavor is spot on. I recommend the Chicken Fried Steak. It was amazing. Hands down one of the best I've ever had. The Shepard's pie is delicious. I will come back. :)

There are new managers to The Shepherds Mill Restaurant for 2020. If you ate here last season, it was the first season to be open with the brand new building. The decor is very cozy and clean! Every time that I ate last season was delicious and I had great service!My family and I have eaten here three times since they've been open for business. Each time we try something new, and each time we are not disappointed. The staff goes out of their way to please.
